Responsibilities • Safety is number one in everything you do., • Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic job responsibilities with reach and lifting equipment. Operate vehicles in a safe manner (rental, company and other vehicles, forklift, scissor lift, etc...), • Service: Perform diagnostic troubleshooting on existing equipment either remotely via phone and other systems or on-site (individual items or assemblies in system for application)., • Diagnose errors, faults or technical problems and determine proper solutions., • Installation of Wagner powder coating systems in North America., • Responsible Wagner representative onsite, communication of needs and schedule to team according to installation documentation., • Pre-assemble system components in MN prior to shipment to customer., • General warehouse tasks during off service weeks, • Demonstration Lab Support, • Assisting with and performing lab trials, industry trainings, general housekeeping, • Produce timely and detailed service reports., • Build positive relationships with customers., • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations., • Support the sales team as a subject matter expert., • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization., • Follow all company's procedures and protocols.
