Job Description We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist / M365 & Endpoint Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of technical support to our employees and managing the full lifecycle of company workstations. You will spearhead a project to shape and standardize the organization’s workstation deployment and management strategy, while enhancing the overall security posture of the company. You will also be responsible for managing our Microsoft 365 tenant, including but not limited to Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, while providing support and M365 product suite training to end users. IT Support Responsibilities • Provide first, second, and third-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing system, • Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow, and security policies, • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues both remotely and in-person, • Perform new employee onboarding/offboarding tasks (user creation/licensing, device imaging/deployment, backups, inventorying, etc.), • Document support interactions and maintain knowledge base articles, • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of resolution, • Write M365 user documentation and provide training where necessary, • Perform workstation imaging, break/fix, deployment, and support, • Perform message traces in Exchange Online to diagnose and resolve email deliverability issues, • Support our Entra ID/Azure AD identity system, including user provisioning, groups and role management, and conditional access policies, • Administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and content management Endpoint Deployment & Management • Evaluate, pilot, and roll-out new MDM/RMM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, NinjaOne, ConnectWise RMM, Kaseya, Datto RMM, or similar platforms for device management, monitoring, patching, and compliance, • Evaluate, pilot, and roll-out new endpoint security solutions, including next-generation antivirus platforms (NGAV) such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, • Develop and implement standardized imaging and deployment processes for employee workstations, • Create standardized data backup and disaster recovery procedures for employee workstations, • Orchestrate and perform regular system updates and patch management on employee workstations managed through update policies, • Implement new security policies and work to push towards full SOC compliance requirements, • Implement conditional access policies and DLP rules for BYOD and managed corporate devices to prevent unauthorized use, access, or loss of company data Required Qualifications • 3-5 years on the job experience in an IT Support role, • Strong experience managing the Microsoft 365 product suite. Including but not limited to Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune, • Experience deploying and utilizing MDM/RMM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, NinjaOne, ConnectWise RMM, Kaseya, Datto RMM to manage devices, • Experience with workstation deployment tool such as Microsoft Autopilot, imaging solutions, PXE boot imaging, or other tools, • Experience with advanced EDR/XDR platforms such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, or similar solutions, • In-depth experience with supporting Windows 10/11, Apple iOS/macOS endpoints, and some Linux administration experience is a plus, • Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WLAN networking concepts, • Must have experience working with PowerShell, writing and maintaining re-usable PowerShell scripts, and be comfortable administering a Microsoft 365 tenant from within a PowerShell sessionCompany DescriptionEPC is a technology company that makes it "easy" for shoppers to get targeted coupons in store prior to the start of the shopping trip, using Interactive touch-screen Kiosks, and Mobile solutions.
