COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXERIENCE AND SKILLS Shift Availability: 2nd: 3:00pm-11:00pm 3rd: 11:00pm-7:00am Key Responsibilities: • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility utilities, • Diagnose issues with motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, • Conduct electrical troubleshooting (basic to intermediate), including sensors, switches, and control wiring, • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals, • Perform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and improvements to support production goals, • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation, • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies, • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required, • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies, • Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting, • Welding and fabrication experience a plus, • Experience in plastics, blow molding, injection molding, or similar manufacturing industries, • Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems
