Location: Clearwater, FL (In Office) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level Welcome We're Building Something Big in Clearwater/Tampa We're expanding into the Clearwater/Tampa market after building a successful office in Orlando. Now, we're looking for motivated individuals to help us grow our next high-performing team. If you're a life insurance agent, you've probably been told to: Make 500+ calls a day Sell to your friends and family Recruit a team just to earn a decent income Yeah... we don't do any of that here. What Makes This Opportunity Different? These are individuals who have already expressed interest in life insurance or want to review and upgrade their current coverage. There are no cold calls, no chasing leads, no door knocking, and no awkward sales conversations. We've built a proprietary system that connects qualified prospects directly with our agents, allowing you to focus on what actually generates income—building trust, helping families protect what matters most, and closing deals. Whether you're a licensed agent looking for a better opportunity or someone who's motivated to build a successful career in insurance, we'll provide the training, support, and systems you need to succeed. If you're competitive, coachable, and have a shark mentality—someone who's driven, embraces challenges, and is hungry for success—you'll fit right in with our winning team. What You'll Be Doing Take 5–15 inbound calls per day from individuals who have already expressed interest in life insurance. As a Family First Life agent, you'll guide clients through their coverage options, helping them make informed decisions that protect their families while serving with integrity, compassion, and professionalism. Build trust through education and personalized recommendations—not high-pressure sales tactics. Close business with qualified prospects and create lasting client relationships. Build a consistent pipeline without the stress of cold calling or chasing leads. What We Offer Flexible hybrid schedule Average 30–40-hour work week No cold calling. Ever. A young, ambitious, and supportive team environment Multiple lead sources, including organic inbound calls and unlimited leads each month Proven systems designed to help you succeed from day one Access to Multiple Top-Rated Insurance Carriers We partner with a wide network of trusted insurance carriers to provide our clients with quality coverage and competitive pricing. Our carrier network includes Americo, American Amicable, Transamerica, Ethos, Corebridge Financial, Mutual of Omaha, and other leading insurance providers. This gives you the ability to compare multiple products and recommend the best solution for each client's unique needs. Training & Support — This Is Where We Stand Out Comprehensive training with practical, real-world sales strategies No recycled, cookie-cutter scripts that only work once Ongoing coaching and development to help you continuously improve Direct access to top-producing agents for mentorship and support Proven systems that help you close more business and grow your income Compensation Average First-Year Earnings: $90,000–$180,000 Average Commission Per Sale: $600–$1,400 Top 10% of Agents Earn: $250,000–$360,000+ Commissions vary based on the insurance carrier, product, and policy premium. Individual earnings depend on production and performance. Who this is perfect for: Licensed agents who are burned out on cold calling New (or soon-to-be licensed) agents who want to start the right way People who want strong income and a life outside of work Anyone tired of MLM-style structures and upline pressure requirements Who We're Looking For We're looking for competitive, high-energy sharks who are hungry to win, thrive under pressure, and refuse to settle for average. Ideal candidates include: Former athletes Gym enthusiasts and fitness-minded individuals Door-to-door (D2D) sales professionals College students and recent graduates People ready to leave hourly jobs behind and earn based on performance Experienced sales professionals and top performers from competitive industries If you're driven, coachable, resilient, and ready to outwork the competition, we provide the training, mentorship, and opportunity to build a high-income career. If you have a shark mentality and are determined to succeed, we want to hear from you.
