Will work closely with operations and engineering teams to define the product roadmap, collect user requirements and relay product updates to internal customers Lead a customer centric approach through delivering compelling sales collateral and market research Drive demand and usage of Product and features Improve our understanding of our customers and competitors through collecting, measuring and reporting on customer feedback, continually recycling feedback into the product roadmap Lead the digital presence (SEO, PPC, Email and Social etc.) Take on brand identity, awareness and recognition In charge of email, content, event, and product marketing Lead internal communication and training on customers and Product features – providing teams with user insights, positioning and messaging they need to succeed Take on PR activities Worked as a Marketing Manager in a startup or scale up, ideally within a B2B SaaS industry A track record of using customer and market intelligence, translating this information into product marketing plans and campaigns Attention to detail and an enjoyment of writing content (technical and non-technical)
