You will feel well supported and valued in an open and inclusive environment.” About You\n We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed self-starter who can: \n\n • Work independently while maintaining communication with team members and Foster Parents.\n, • Demonstrate excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities.\n, • Produce high-quality reports with good IT skills.\n\n You should be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. While recent experience in fostering and children’s services is desirable, we welcome applications from less experienced candidates who are eager to learn. A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures in fostering and safeguarding is essential.
