Key Responsibilities • Onboarding new properties and preparing them to be successfully managed., • Managing maintenance requests in line with our defined response times., • Procuring, reviewing and liaising with external contractors to ensure the needs of the portfolio and our clients are met., • Organising property inspections, and essential property visits for gas safety and energy performance certificates and Electrical condition reports, with tenants, team members and third-party contractors., • Maintaining accurate records and updating files, • Overseeing property maintenance jobs, approving and uploading invoices, • Maintaining immaculate records and notes and reporting on performance. Qualifications • Driver with own vehicle, • Applicants must currently reside in the London Borough of Enfield, or immediate neighboring Borough.
