You already have previous experience in kitchens and you're a master at efficient prepping, whipping up tasty breakfast items, and keeping the positive breakfast vibes alive! What You'll Do You'll take control of the breakfast service and make sure all guests receive a delicious & memorable breakfast Set up and break down the breakfast You'll understand all details around daily specials, menu changes and special (dietary) needs of guests Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins Monitor incoming goods – such as supplies, ingredients and prefabricated foods You'll maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen You'll put away all deliverables in an organized and timely matter Monitor accurate execution of HACCP guidelines, fire safety policy and working conditions Who You Are Minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience in a similar role at a similar level kitchen Strong knowledge of food products according to market standards Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques You're available during the mornings between the hours of 6:00 - 15:00 (Monday - Friday) You’re legally allowed to work in the UK What We Offer The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. This is not a passive role. You will be expected to: • Pick up the phone daily and make high volumes of cold calls, • Walk into businesses and pitch confidently, • Handle rejection constantly and keep pushing, • Close deals and hit targets consistently If you are not comfortable with pressure, targets, and constant outreach — this role is not for you.
