THE PURPOSE: The Sales Manager, Wholesale is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across UK and international wholesale accounts by owning account strategy, managing customer relationships, and leading the execution of regional sales plans. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding True Religion’s international wholesale presence, strengthening account partnerships, and delivering sales and margin performance across multiple markets. This role contributes to the continued growth by balancing hands-on selling with strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and international market insight. THE ROLE (what you are accountable for): • Own and drive sales and gross margin performance across UK and international wholesale accounts., • Manage, grow, and expand existing international customer relationships while identifying new accounts and market opportunities., • Present seasonal assortments to buyers, analyze sales performance by region, and place buys in partnership with Merchandising and Production., • Develop and execute account-specific and region-specific strategies to drive YOY growth and brand penetration., • Negotiate and close ATS/inventory opportunities while balancing regional pricing, currency considerations, and margin targets., • Partner closely with Planning on international OTB management, forecasting, and demand planning., • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Production to ensure seamless international order execution., • Track, analyze, and report sales and margin performance versus LY and budget, identifying risks and opportunities., • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring True Religion’s positioning, standards, and values are consistently represented across international markets. YOU ARE: You bring a strong combination of international wholesale sales expertise and commercial leadership capability. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-border environment, take ownership of outcomes, and approach challenges with both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and communicate effectively across cultures, teams, and external partners. REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: • 3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, including senior-level international account ownership., • Proven experience managing or mentoring Account Executives or junior sales talent., • Demonstrated success driving international sales growth and margin performance., • Strong retail math, forecasting, and analytical skills., • Experience working across multiple regions, currencies, or international markets., • Proven ability to present confidently to customers and internal stakeholders., • Strong communication and collaboration skills., • Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment., • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and wholesale reporting tools., • Willingness to travel internationally as required. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: • Experience within denim or lifestyle apparel categories., • Background working with UK, EMEA, or broader international off-price retailers., • Familiarity with Full Circle or similar wholesale management systems., • Experience within a global or matrixed organization. ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION: • Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $40,000 – $45,000 GBP + commission. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
