Company Overview Corporate Commercial Surveyors is a professional Rating Surveyor firm operating throughout England and Wales. Our West Midlands Operations Centre continues to expand, and we are recruiting Telesales Agents to support our continued growth. Role Summary This role involves contacting business clients by telephone to introduce and explain services, manage leads, and support overall business development objectives. The position requires effective communication, attention to detail, and consistent activity to meet performance expectations. Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and expand market presence., • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs to deliver customized and effective solutions., • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets., • Experience in B2B telesales (minimum 1 year preferred), • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to manage time and tasks independently, • Comfortable working within a team and independently in a structured, target-based environment, • Competitive base salary & uncapped commission, • Monday to Friday schedule (no weekend work)
