Qualifications: - Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of Indian cuisine and street food is a plus BUT not essential as training will be given. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
