The Role: • Leading a team of 2 existing sales representatives whilst also responsible for net new generation, • Net new business sales role focused on building and closing pipeline across the UK., • High level of outbound activity required — phone, email, social, events — to identify, open, and nurture opportunities., • Full sales cycle ownership: prospecting, discovery, scoping with technical teams, proposal development, negotiation, and closing., • Selling into SMB and mid-market organisations, spanning commercial industries and the public sector., • Responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing the existing sales team, • Remote-first environment with strong earning potential and opportunities to grow into senior or strategic sales roles. About You: • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in cyber security sales or adjacent technology sales., • Prior team leadership, mentorship or sales management is critical, • Proven track record generating new business and working full-cycle opportunities., • Strong outbound mindset — comfortable building pipeline from scratch., • Experience selling into SMB and mid-market customers; public-sector exposure is a bonus., • High accountability, self-motivation, and the ambition to step into a role with more autonomy and higher impact., • Strong performer against targets and confident in managing a technical, value-led sales process.
