Job Title: Business Development Executive (SOC Code: 3554) Company: Ann USA Nails Ltd (T/A USA Nails) Location: Norwich, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £41,700 – £43,000 per annum About the Role The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a pivotal role in supporting USA Nails’ business expansion and client development strategy. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing customer engagement through both in-salon and digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching new markets, forging partnerships, and optimising business operations to support the salon’s growth objectives. This position requires a results-driven, creative, and proactive professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and beauty product suppliers., • Develop and implement strategies to increase salon revenue through new services, loyalty schemes, and targeted marketing campaigns., • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities., • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals., • Support management in planning and executing salon expansion projects, including site research, feasibility assessments, and acquisition preparation., • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance USA Nails’ online presence, including website updates, social media promotions, and digital advertising initiatives., • Prepare and deliver business reports, proposals, and performance summaries to senior management., • Represent USA Nails at local trade shows, networking events, and community activities to increase visibility and brand reputation., • Monitor sales performance metrics and develop improvement strategies to meet business growth targets.
