" Develop partnerships with emergency accommodation providers, including hotels, to source temporary housing-negotiating competitive rates and ensuring compliance with legislative standards. " Support wider Council housing needs by procuring accommodation for vulnerable groups such as care leavers, individuals with no recourse to public funds, and those experiencing mental health challenges. " Ensure all sourced properties meet regulatory standards and offer best value, aligning with Pan London Rates where applicable.
