Are you an experienced Account Manager ready to take ownership of key client relationships and drive commercial growth? We are working with a well-established and growing organisation looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing, commercially driven role, balancing relationship management, strategy, and revenue generation. The Role As a Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of key clients, acting as the primary point of contact while driving long-term value and growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, ensuring service delivery meets expectations while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts, • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, • Understand client objectives, challenges, and business needs, • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention, • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure performance, satisfaction, and engagement, • Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts, • Negotiate renewals and commercial agreements to maximise account value, • Work towards and exceed revenue targets, KPIs, and SLAs, • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality service, • Monitor account performance, identifying risks and opportunities, • Act as the first point of escalation for client issues and resolve effectively, • Maintain accurate reporting and account data within CRM systems, • Support wider team initiatives and projects where required About You • Experience in a B2B sales, account management, or client-facing role, • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, • Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets, • Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office What’s on Offer • Salary: £32,000 – £35,000, • Quarterly bonus, • Hybrid working, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Company sick pay, • Health cash plan & employee assistance programme, • Life assurance, • Pension scheme, • Eye care scheme
