Account Manager – (IT Managed Services) Location: Holmes Chapel, Cheshire (2 days WFH) Salary: £37,000 basic + uncapped bonus, year 1 OTE £100k The Role: We are working with a growing Managed Services company who are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of 100 client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services. What You’ll Be Doing: • Managing a portfolio of 100 client accounts., • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients., • Identifying and executing upsell opportunities across your accounts., • Acting as the main point of contact for your clients., • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery., • Providing regular updates on account performance and growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience as an Account Manager in a tech sales environment. (Tech sales experience is essential.), • Strong relationship-building and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively., • Experience with upselling and business growth initiatives., • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
