Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Client Operations Coordinator to join their Client Relationship team in Southampton. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients, supporting service delivery and being part of a fast-paced operational environment. As Client Operations Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring client requests are handled professionally, efficiently and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. You will work closely with clients and internal teams across the business to support smooth communication, effective planning and a high standard of service delivery. This role would suit someone who enjoys problem solving, building positive relationships and taking ownership of their work. You will play an important part in supporting client satisfaction, operational efficiency and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for: • Managing daily client requests in line with agreed service levels and client requirements., • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal teams., • Acting as a key point of contact for designated clients, ensuring queries are handled professionally and efficiently., • Supporting client onboarding activity across relevant areas of the business., • Liaising with Operations, Logistics, Transport, Client Relations and other internal teams to support effective service delivery., • Supporting client forecasting and volume planning to help the business plan resources effectively., • Monitoring client activity and escalating issues where appropriate., • Identifying opportunities to improve client service, internal processes and operational efficiency., • Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems effectively., • At least one years' experience in a customer-facing role., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook., • Confidence communicating with clients, customers and internal stakeholders., • Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines., • A proactive, customer-focused approach to problem solving., • A positive, adaptable and resilient approach in a fast-paced environment., • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team., • The right to work in the UK.
