In this multifaceted role, you will provide exceptional customer service in various capacities including waiting tables, bartending, supporting the bar staff, and facilitating social gaming experiences for our patrons. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the curry section of the menu, ensuring that curry dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Prepare a variety of classic Indian curry dishes. Maintain consistency and presentation of dishes, ensuring every meal meets our standards. Experiment with flavours, spices, and techniques to create exciting curry recipes while adhering to traditional methods. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Work closely with the head chef to manage inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients. Ensure the timely preparation and serving of dishes during peak times.
