Follow-Up and Communication: - Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on the status of their applications. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns. - Liaise with immigration authorities and other relevant agencies as needed. 4. Compliance and Record Keeping: - Ensure all applications comply with current immigration laws and regulations. - Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and application processes. - Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and update clients accordingly. 5. Support and Problem Solving: - Provide support to clients facing issues with their visa applications. - Offer solutions and alternatives in case of application denials or delays. - Assist clients with appeals or additional documentation if required.
