As part of its continued growth and dedication to excellence, the firm is now seeking an experienced Costs Supervisor to lead a high-performing and well-established Costs team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the team's performance against financial and quality targets, supporting and developing team members, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-standard work. You’ll lead on workload distribution, supervise costs case strategies, and ensure compliance with internal policies and client requirements. The role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on caseload delivery and offers a strong development pathway into higher-level management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Costs professional with a strong technical background and proven leadership ability to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
