Senior E-Commerce Manager – FMCG, Sports, Lifestyle £65,000 + Benefits, Cheshunt – office-based We are partnering with a thriving D2C business that is ambitious. The Role We’re looking for a Senior E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our D2C channel and accelerate growth across our Shopify site, marketplaces, and social channels. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape our three-year ecommerce strategy, roll up your sleeves to deliver, and ultimately take our brand to the next level. You’ll combine commercial acumen with digital-first execution. From optimising the customer journey and building robust international rollouts, to shaping the product mix and driving ROI through performance marketing – this is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact in a global sport that’s only going one way: up. What You’ll Do • Own the P&L and growth strategy D2C channels., • Deliver a 30/60/90-day roadmap, optimising the site experience and digital marketing funnel., • Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations – from trading decisions to site fixes – ensuring pace and precision., • Lead traffic acquisition and conversion strategies across PPC, SEO, paid social, affiliates, CRM, and A/B testing., • Partner with the Product team to curate and optimise the product offering by channel., • Drive international expansion, ensuring logistics and operations are scalable., • Report on performance weekly/monthly, using data to shape actionable insights., • Stay ahead of D2C trends, tools, and AI-driven opportunities – always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible., • Proven success scaling a branded D2C business, ideally international (EU/US markets)., • Deep knowledge of Shopify, ecommerce tech integrations, and marketplace management., • Strong grasp of digital marketing funnels and how to activate them., • Commercially sharp with the ability to balance strategy and execution., • Entrepreneurial mindset – structured, data-led, but unafraid to roll up your sleeves., • Experience in people management, creating a high-performance culture., • Analytical and Excel-proficient, translating insights into commercial actions.
