Brittain Marketing Services Limited are currently looking for an energetic and committed Telesales Executive to join our team in Chichester. We are a specialist B2B lead generation agency based in Chichester. We help clients across multiple sectors grow their sales pipelines and reach key decision-makers through targeted outreach. Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for communication, a strategic mindset, and the drive to help clients grow their business through effective prospecting and lead generation. Key Responsibilities • Initiate outbound calls to engage prospects and introduce client products and services., • Use our CRM platform to build and manage sales pipelines for multiple clients., • Understand and document potential customers’ procurement processes and buying motives., • Schedule qualified sales meetings on behalf of clients., • Collaborate with the internal team to optimise campaign effectiveness., • Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM system. Requirements • Experience in a sales, telemarketing, or B2B marketing environment., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)., • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities., • Confident telephone manner and effective objection handling., • A keen sense of initiative to source contact details or decision makers in the relevant sectors., • Strong phone and sales etiquette. Preferred Experience • Previous experience in a sales office., • Interest or background in marketing services or client and customer facing roles., • Familiarity with sales reporting and performance metrics., • Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and previous CRM experience will be an advantage.
