Diocese of Chichester - Maintenance Surveyor The Diocese of Chichester are seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join our Property Team based in Hove. The Diocese of Chichester covers East and West Sussex, supporting over 500 churches and associated buildings. We are now looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Surveyor to play a key role in overseeing properties across our West region. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at our Hove office 1–2 days per week, along with travel to properties throughout West Sussex as needed. The Role As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and upkeep of the diocesan clergy housing portfolio, with a particular focus on the west region of the Diocese of Chichester. This is a pivotal role that ensures our properties remain safe, well-maintained, and fit for purpose.
