In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with pharmacies and health stores, handling both inbound and outbound sales, and driving revenue all from our office environment. Shop Operations Oversee daily shop opening, closing, cleanliness and organisation. Manage stock levels, place supplier orders and reduce waste. Handle cashing up, EPOS entries and daily reporting. Team Leadership Supervise and support staff, including training, rota planning and performance management. Maintain a positive, efficient working environment.
