As a Community Research Interviewer, you'll step out into your community, engaging with individuals in their homes to conduct vital research interviews on essential topics like health, housing, and transport. Using a tablet or laptop, you'll guide conversations that capture the authentic experiences of daily life in Britain. \n This isn't your typical desk job! You'll be out and about, knocking on doors and connecting with people. While some may not be expecting you, and others may decline, that's all part of the journey. But when someone opens up and shares their story, you'll know you're contributing to meaningful change. What You'll Earn\n Enjoy a competitive pay structure that includes: \n\n • £20-£30 per interview (typically)\n, • Admin fees and holiday pay (12.1%)\n, • Travel time at £4.68/hour for your commute to the area\n, • Mileage reimbursement at 36p per mile (up to 10,000 miles)\n, • A £250 bonus after your launch, with additional bonuses at two and four months\n\n Your average hourly rate will be around £15.12 (including holiday pay), with experienced interviewers earning even more! What You'll Need\n Essential Qualifications: \n\n • Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car\n, • Class 1 Business insurance\n, • Right to work in the UK\n, • Willingness to complete a DBS check\n, • Reliable home broadband\n, • Laptop or tablet with a camera\n, • Comfortable using basic technology\n, • At least 18 hours available per week\n, • Flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends\n, • Strong verbal and written English skills\n\n Personal Qualities: \n\n • Excellent communication skills\n, • Friendly and professional demeanor\n, • Resilient and confident attitude\n, • Self-motivated and independent\n, • Strong time management and prioritization skills\nWho This Role Suits\n This position is perfect for individuals with experience in retail, hospitality, admin, driving, sales, or any customer-facing role.
