Overview Pictura Bio is a well-funded University of Oxford spin-out developing a novel diagnostic platform for rapid pathogen detection. Our technology combines fluorescence microscopy with automated image analysis and machine learning to identify pathogens in seconds. About the Role: You will be based from the prison with some cover across probation offices and will work with a caseload of individuals to provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs. You'll carry out initial assessments to understand needs and agree an action plan. This may include support to end/sustain a tenancy, find accommodation or basic budgeting advice. Whilst we don't provide accommodation, we work with organisations that do, and nurturing these relationships is key in this role. You'll travel between sites, meeting people where they are, so no day will be the same and the ability to travel is essential. What You'll Be Doing: Collaborating with key partners: You'll work alongside probation and other stakeholders to secure housing solutions i.e local authorities, housing strategy teams and landlords. Caseload management: You'll manage multiple individuals, balancing their needs while keeping up with all the related admin. Working to KPI's: You'll be responsible for meeting performance targets and deadlines. Success in this role requires strong time management, prioritisation, and a results-driven approach to ensure the best outcomes. Quality Recording: Keep thorough records of all your work on our IT system, ensuring progress is properly tracked.
