£17.00-£18 Per Hour (£19.06 to £20.17 Per Hour Inclusive of Holiday) We are seeking chefs to join our company for the upcoming Summer Event Season, to work on a regular basis through April to July, with some of Londons Top Event caterers. Supporting Large Events from the Chelsea Flower Show, Silverstone at the British Grand Prix, Wimbledon Tennis Championships, Ascot Races, Farnborough and RIAT Airshows. Specifically, Various Event clients in South and South East London. Remuneration Hourly Paid £17.00-£18 Per Hour (£19.06 to £20.17 Per Hour Inclusive of Holiday) Rate Per Hour -This depends on each client. Then, your Experience and the Role. Weekly Paid Times of Work Monday to Friday 8am till 4.30m + Evening Functions Minimum 6 Hours Evening Functions . Some Weekends To Support Functions, i.e. Weddings April to July 3-4 Month Role What the Work is Volume Event Prep- Canapés, Bowl food, Weddings, Film Premiers, seated plated dinners/banquets. Crew and VIP Catering at Band, Film/TV Locations and Festivals. Plating Up & Garnishing at Function Location Client kitchens are based throughout London to suit your home or work location. Evening Functions majority-based in London. Weekend functions and weddings may be outside London. Functions out of London Travel Time and Travel Cost paid. Taxis are provided if public transport is not available. Experience and Requirements Relevant Chef Experience- Top Event caterer or 5 Star Banqueting Volume Alongside a core refined background in Michelin/ Rosetted Restaurants Minimum experience needed at Senior Chef De Partie level or above Licence/Certifications: Level 2 Food Safety Certificate Allergen Training -Certificate Your own Presentable chef whites, hat, apron, knives, and steel-toe cap safety shoes Right to Work in the UK If you are interested in a role, please apply now.
