This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives on managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the full employee lifecycle. \n Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Coordinate and administer recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, issuing contracts, and supporting onboarding processes.\n, • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements and HR best practice.\n, • Provide payroll administration support and maintain accurate employee payroll information.\n, • Monitor and record employee absence, probation periods, and staff turnover data.\n, • Coordinate and facilitate absence review and probationary meetings, maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to management.\n, • Support employee training, appraisals, professional development activities, and performance-related records.\n, • Produce HR reports, analyse personnel data, and provide management information to support decision-making.\n, • Assist with general administrative duties as required, supporting wider business operations.\n, • Continuously review and improve administrative processes to maximise efficiency and the effective use of technology.\n, • Provide professional, confidential, and employee-focused HR support across the organisation.\n\n About You \n To be successful in this role, you will have: \n\n • Previous experience within an HR administration or HR support position.\n, • Experience managing high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes.\n, • Knowledge of HR procedures and employment legislation.\n, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\n, • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to explain policies and procedures clearly.\n, • Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis.\n, • Strong attention to detail with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.\n, • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.\n, • A proactive and positive approach, with a strong customer-service mindset.\n\n Desirable: \n\n • CIPD Level 3 qualification.\n, • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards completion.\n\n \n What We're Looking For \n The successful candidate will demonstrate: \n\n • A positive, "can-do" attitude.\n, • Advanced organisational skills\n, • Professionalism, discretion, and integrity.\n, • The ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.\n, • A commitment to continuous learning and self-development.\n, • A forward-thinking and innovative approach to improving processes.\n, • Empathy and the ability to support employees through sensitive matters.\n\n \n Apply Now \n If you are an experienced HR professional looking for an opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
