Graft Events Limited are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management team at Graft Events Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, assistant with the smooth delivery of events, and providing exceptional support to the Directors. Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Salary: from £32,000.00 per year Work Location: In person, Ilkeston Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the directors, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and booking travel arrangements, • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard, • Manage and maintain confidential records and files, both physical and digital, • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely completion and follow-up, • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures, • Build and maintain relationships with senior management, colleagues, and external partners, • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, • Managing business and client procurement Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with senior management and external partners, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, • Excellent attention to detail Desired Qualifications: • PA or administrative qualification, or equivalent experience, • Use of HR software, • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, • Familiarity with project management tools and software, • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Free on site parking, • 28 Days paid leave per year, • Company pension after a qualifying period, • Opportunities for career development and growth, • A dynamic and supportive work environment *Company-funded festive events and team celebrations If you are a highly organised and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
