What You’ll Do: The People COE Coordinator will join Capri Holdings on a 12month fixed-term contract to support the operational effectiveness of the People Centers of Excellence. This role coordinates and delivers global talent initiatives across North America and EMEA, with a focus on learning, culture, and engagement. Working closely with Global L&D, Culture & Belonging, and Communications & Engagement teams, the coordinator supports employee development programs, communications, events, and engagement platforms to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across regions. Key Responsibilities: Communications & Design • Support the design and development of promotional emails, event invitations, surveys, training materials, and general communications, leveraging AI-enabled tools., • Create and format communications assets using tools such as Adobe InDesign, PageTiger, Canva, PowerPoint, Workvivo, MS Forms, Articulate, and basic video editing platforms -Speaker series -Training workshops -ERG initiatives -Team Development Seminars & Offsites -Roadshows and strategy sessions • Occasionally facilitate segments of workshops, orientations, engagement sessions, or virtual events, • Leverage AI-enabled tools to support event logistics such as scheduling, materials preparation, registration management, and invoice processing, • Maintain the NA and EMEA L&D open enrollment calendar, including session setup, registration, surveys, and follow-up, • Assist with quarterly regional L&D scorecards, including tracking, measurement, and data support, • Support the maintenance and ongoing development of L&D and Communications digital platforms, • Assist in maintaining the global training, events, engagement and communications calendar, • Partner with Global and Regional L&D, HR, and Culture & Belonging teams to ensure alignment and execution, • Provide communications support for Jimmy Choo initiatives, as needed You’ll need to have: • 1-2 years of experience in HR, L&D, Culture, Communications, or similar, • Graphic Design and content formatting capabilities, • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams, • High attention to detail and strong follow-through, • Comfortable working across regions and time zones, • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital collaboration tools, • Preferred experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot, Adobe InDesign, Canva, PageTiger, Articulate, Workvivo, Microsoft Forms, • Basic video editing experience is a plus, • Experience supporting learning programs, events, or employee engagement initiatives We’d Love to See: • Collaboration, • Communication, • Drive results, • Functional skills MK Perks: Our purpose is to make all employees and customers #FeelGreat with Michael Kors.
