We are seeking an Senior Sales Manager - Groups join the Maybourne Group Sales team at the Corporate Office . Our Senior Sales Manager - Groups will be a commercially driven MICE sales professional with a strong agency network, proven new business success, confidence in face-to-face selling, and a passion for ultra-luxury hospitality. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Proactively identify, qualify and secure new MICE group business across all Maybourne properties, with clear ownership of opportunities from initial prospecting through to handover for conversion. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, working towards agreed revenue, pipeline and activity targets. Actively prospect targeted MICE agents, DMCs and corporate clients using structured outbound sales activity, referrals and market intelligence. Grow designated top accounts through creative commercial strategies Obtain and maintain detailed product knowledge of all accommodation, private events and food & beverage. Conduct regular face-to-face and virtual client appointments in line with agreed activity goals (5-8 per week), ensuring detailed follow-up and conversion plans via the effective use of Salesforce. Host and coordinate client show rounds (for your own accounts as well as US counterpart at times of need), familiarisation trips and site inspections, working closely with on-property teams to deliver exceptional client experiences at all times. Plan and execute targeted sales trips and attendance at relevant trade shows and showcases representing Maybourne, with clear commercial objectives and post-trip follow-up to maximise ROI via the effective use of Salesforce whilst acting as a brand ambassador.
