If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy driving operational improvements, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Zone Manager, you will:Lead your department/zone to achieve productivity and efficiency targets in line with the production planEnsure products are prepared and manufactured to the highest standardsManage and support colleagues within your zoneMonitor team capability and support development to maximise potentialEnsure clear communication of goals, expectations and performance standardsMonitor raw materials, ingredients and processes to ensure compliance with food safety standardsPromote a strong Health, Safety & Environmental cultureInvestigate incidents, implement corrective actions and encourage near-miss reportingR eview operational trends and identify opportunities to improve quality, performance and profitabilityMonitor machinery and equipment performance through Optimum Equipment Efficiency (OEE)Contribute to customer and technical process development reviews to enhance production quality and consistencyCommunicate regularly with the operations team on progress against the production planHighlight risks to production volumes, timelines or standardsWhat Were Looking For:We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised, and passionate about operational excellence.You will ideally have:? Good standard of education with strong literacy and numeracy skills? Ability to communicate effectively and report in English? Experience managing teams in a complex manufacturing environment?
