Workplace Coordinator - Manchester - 3 Months FTC (potential extension) £26-£29000 Pro rata (DOE)\n We are extremely proud to be working with a leading law firm who are seeking a highly organised, proactive, individual to join them as a Workplace Operations Assistant to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment where no two days are the same. \n As the face of their Manchester office, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace while delivering outstanding service to colleagues, clients, and visitors. Occasional travel to the Leeds office will be required. What you will be doing:-\n You'll support the Workplace Operations team across a broad range of responsibilities, including: \n\n • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm, professional welcome.\n, • Coordinating meeting rooms, hospitality, catering, and office events.\n, • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document scanning.\n, • Maintaining office supplies, stationery, printers, and general workplace facilities.\n, • Liaising with local suppliers and service providers.\n, • Supporting office maintenance, health & safety compliance, and sustainability initiatives.\n, • Assisting with office administration, filing, scanning, data management, and document preparation.\n, • Supporting finance processes, including supplier invoices, budget monitoring, and contract administration.\n, • Helping to keep the office organised, efficient, and operating to the highest standards.\n\n What we are looking for:- \n We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service.
