    Experienced Barber Wanted, Part-Time or Full-Time Asad Barber & Tanning Salon, Lingfield, Surrey We are a busy, well-established barbershop in the heart of Lingfield village, looking for a skilled barber to join us on a part-time or full-time basis. Hours are flexible for the right person. About us Asad Barber & Tanning Salon has built a loyal and growing client base with a reputation for quality cuts and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Our online booking system keeps the diary full, so you will have a busy chair from day one with regulars, walk-ins and appointments already booked in. The role • Full range of barbering services: gents cuts, skin, zero and taper fades, kids cuts, beard trims and line-ups, and traditional hot towel shaves, • Delivering a great experience that keeps clients coming back, • Working confidently and independently, managing your appointments through our booking system, • Maintaining a clean, professional station About you • Qualified barber (NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent) or strong proven experience behind the chair, • Excellent fade work, as skin fades are our specialty, • Friendly, reliable and professional with clients of all ages, • Able to work independently and keep a busy diary running smoothly, • Saturday availability is a big plus What we offer • Part-time or full-time hours to suit, we will work around the right candidate, • A busy chair with appointments provided, not a cold start, • A friendly village-shop atmosphere with loyal regular clients, • Competitive pay, discussed at interview based on experience Shop hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 8:30am to 6pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out MOT tests to the required DVSA standards, ensuring vehicles are inspected thoroughly and safely while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Carry out MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations and standards., • Accurately record and report MOT results., • Identify and advise on vehicle defects and safety issues., • Carry out vehicle inspections and basic workshop duties where required., • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment., • Deliver a professional and friendly service to customers., • Ensure all testing equipment and documentation are maintained correctly. About You We are looking for someone who is: • A qualified and authorised MOT Tester (VT20)., • Experienced in carrying out MOT tests to a high standard., • Mechanically minded with good vehicle inspection skills., • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently., • Customer-focused with good communication skills., • Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.
