The position operates on a late shift schedule, Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 per annum.

Production Team Leader - Late Shift. The purpose of your role will be to oversee the late shift team while actively helping on the production line, making sure daily cleaning is finished so the line is ready for the next day, and monitoring key performance targets. Manage the late shifts holidays in conjunction with the Dayshift TL’s ensuring shift/ process coverage. Complete a shift handover ensuring operational status and escalation is shared to the next shift. Support Manufacturing Manager through day‑to‑day supervision of late shift.
