As our Senior Development Manager for Scotland, you take the lead from the moment we spot an opportunity to the moment we hand the keys to our operations crew. You dive into planning, design, tendering, budgeting and execution, all while keeping one eye on the bigger vision and the other on the details that make a project shine. You work closely with our Development Managing Director and our RE leadership team, turning ideas into a living, buzzing multi-use community. Your days will be filled with creative problem solving, smart coordination and building relationships with architects, consultants, city partners and your internal crew. What You’ll Do - • Lead the full development cycle for our new Edinburgh project, from underwriting to handover., • Analyse potential investments and guide the early decision-making process., • Select and manage architects, advisors, legal partners and construction teams., • Shape the project concept and steer the design process with clarity and confidence., • Guide the construction phase, keeping progress, quality and budget aligned., • Coordinate with city partners on permits and planning., • Prepare reports, sign-offs and updates that keep everyone aligned and moving., • Coach your project team and create a setup where people grow and deliver their best work. What You’ll Have - • You have 10–15 years of experience in real estate development with a strong record across design, construction and execution., • You bring experience from private equity or an institutional investment setting., • You have a commercial mindset and know how to build multi-use concepts., • You bring a solid network in Scotland across architects, consultants and construction partners,, • You understand planning phases and enjoy working with public entities., • You have the ability to guide high-level discussions while staying hands-on when needed., • You bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a curious mind and a drive to create something meaningful., • You live near Edinburgh and are open to frequent travel to Amsterdam.     Your mission, should you choose to accept it We are looking for someone with bags of affinity in the field of Hotel Operations to grow with us. As our new Regional Management Assistant DACH/UK, you will work closely with the Regional Director of Operations in leading a cool, fun and funky variety of venues within The Social Hub community! Your home ‘working’ base will be our hub in Glasgow. You will be responsible for providing support to the operations teams in Vienna, Berlin & Glasgow. You will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of your hotels and will facilitate, measure and initiate processes to ensure operational excellence, staff well-being and community happiness. Essentially, you are the spider in the web. This includes quality- and cost-management, process improvements, and project management of hotel initiatives. In addition, you’ll also work closely with the hotel team leaders to support them on HR-related topics. What You’ll Do You’ll work very closely on day to day operations across the region. You’ll support local leadership on projects in the fields of HR, operational excellence and, quality and cost control. You’ll support the teams with planning and ongoing projects, tooling & systems and communications. You’ll ensure controls are in place to safeguard the operations in the different hotels, restaurants and bars and co-working spaces. You’ll manage and adjust operational procedures for all locations. You’ll maintain and implement TSH standards of quality in all operations. You will travel across the region in case any support is needed. Who You Are You have around 1 – 2 years of working experience. You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality management or other Management studies. You’re a super-organizer that understands that creating value for our guests will have a positive financial effect. You are a connector and true people-person. Flexible to travel. An easy listener and trustworthy person. You are structured and loves to plan! You have affinity with hospitality, co-living / pbsa or comparable. You have excellent communication skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
