Commercial Manager Location: Sidcup - South East London - Office based none hybrid role Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 per annum Dependant on experience + performance-based bonuses Reports to: Senior Leadership About House of Willow Alexander House of Willow Alexander Londons leading Home & Garden care company to dedicated to a more sustainable way of living . As we expand, we are looking for a Commercial Manager to take ownership of sales growth and key commercial decisions helping to drive the business forward. Role Overview The Commercial Manager will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, identifying new revenue streams, and ensuring the company maximizes profitability while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities • Sales Growth & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence., • Partnership development : experience in pitch writing to secure key commercial partnerships, • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition channels., • Financial & Commercial Planning: Oversee pricing models, profit margins, and cost control to ensure financial efficiency., • Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities., • Key Account Management: Maintain and develop relationships with high-value clients and partners., • Sales Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and support sales staff to achieve targets., • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions. Key Requirements • Proven experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role (ideally in a service-based industry)., • Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills., • Ability to create and execute sales strategies that drive business growth., • Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of pricing, profitability, and revenue generation., • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills., • Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools is a plus.
