This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a competitive salary ranging from £68,250 to £78,250 and is a 12-month maternity cover starting from October 2026. \n Located in the serene surroundings of Hassocks, West Sussex, our hospital specializes in acute and psychiatric intensive care for adult males. With easy access to the A23, you’ll find yourself conveniently connected to Brighton, Gatwick, and the M25. Please note that due to our rural setting, having a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended. What You’ll Be Doing\n As a key member of our team, you will work across all wards, contributing to our bespoke therapeutic placements in both Acute and PICU settings. Your role will be pivotal in supporting patient recovery through: \n\n • Providing guidance and support to fellow psychologists, assistants, and trainees.\n, • Working with clients who have complex needs relevant to our service area.\n, • Developing and delivering formulation-led care, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches.\n, • Overseeing supervision and running reflective practice groups, grounded in a solid understanding of our service model.\n\n For more detailed information, please refer to the attached job description. What You’ll Bring to the Role\n Essential Qualifications: \n To thrive in this role, you must be HCPC registered with a minimum of five years’ post-registration experience at the Consultant level. Your background should showcase leadership and strategic experience, along with essential training in CBT and at least two additional therapeutic modalities, including one intervention suitable for our patient group.
