Role As the PTO continues to evolve its commercial division, the Partnerships Manager will play an important role in strengthening our partner relationships and supporting sales operations. The Endemic Partnership Manager will focus on managing retained partners, delivering high-quality activations, and assisting in the growth of new endemic and expo partnerships. This position requires strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. At the PTO, you’ll play a key role in forging bold, industry-defining partnerships that demand dynamic thinking and strong leadership. Together, we’re reshaping the future of triathlon. This is your chance to build something truly meaningful and be part of an exciting journey. Reporting to the Director of Partnership, this role is based at our London HQ. Key Role Responsibilities Endemic Partnership Management (40%) • Support the day-to-day management of retained endemic commercial partners, ensuring contractual obligations are delivered., • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners to drive satisfaction and long-term value., • Prepare and share reports, recaps, and insights with partners., • Assist partners with the delivery of digital and physical campaigns/activations. Endemic Sales Support (25%) • Work closely with the Endemic Sales Manager to identify and target new partnership opportunities., • Contribute to the development of sales presentations, proposals, and case studies. Coordinate timely follow-up and maintain accurate tracking across the sales pipeline. Expo Partner Sales & Management (30%) • Support the management of expo brand partnerships at T100 Triathlon World Tour events in collaboration with the Endemic Sales Manager and Local Organising Committees (LOCs)., • Assist in planning and delivering impactful activations for expo partners., • Develop positive working relationships with LOCs and expo brands, supporting on-site delivery as needed., • Coordinate with the events team to ensure smooth execution of expo partner obligations. Contribute ideas to expand the expo proposition and increase revenue opportunities. Commercial Operations (5%) • Maintain and update internal trackers for accurate, real-time visibility of commercial activity. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, athlete relations, media, etc.) to deliver on partner activations., • Provide support to the Commercial Partnerships Director in planning, forecasting, and reporting. Qualifications & Experience • 3-5 years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorship, or account management, ideally within sport, events, or the wider entertainment industry., • Proven track record of managing partner relationships and delivering against contractual rights and activations., • Experience contributing to sponsorship sales processes, including proposal development and pipeline management., • Familiarity with event delivery and onsite partner activation, ideally in expo or endurance sports environments., • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems is a plus., • Education: Degree or equivalent professional experience - we welcome candidates from all backgrounds., • Additional languages (beyond English) would be advantageous but not essential.
