Want to be part of the team? We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager professional from a Leasing or Property Management background. This role is designed to bridge excellent customer experience with legislative compliance. You will be the internal expert, ensuring our portfolio remains compliant, leading the transition and implementation of all requirements following the Renters Rights Bill and managing the complexities of local council selective licensing, where relevant. In addition, as a Leasing Manager you will support the team on achieving budgeted occupancy, revenue targets through leasing our portfolio to residential tenants. You will be required to ensure that all customer liaison is completed in a timely manner, all leads are followed up and responded to. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager for the Dorrington portfolio at Native Places and will work closely with the Housekeeping and Facilities teams, to support the on- site operational functions of the property, providing feedback on cleanliness levels, maintenance requirements and general smooth running of the day-to-day operation via the property management system. Exceptional understanding of the properties within the Dorrington collection, the individual nuances of each property on in-house customers, service delivery and community engagement initiatives that support the success of each property. The position operates on a five day working week, usually Monday-Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. The work location will alternate between properties. The role requires some flexibility on work schedule, occasionally requiring shifts on evenings, weekends, and/or public holidays, depending on the operational needs of the business. Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience as a leasing professional or property manager in a build-to-rent sector. Experience in applying for selective licences or HMO licences and fully versed in the Renters Rights Act legislation. Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written. High energy, self-motivator, and a team player. IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook Proven experience in leasing, sales or marketing that demonstrates customer service background. Proficiency in executing sales skills such as lead generation through to leasing and closing Able to innovate and a flexible approach. Proficiency in management of social media account ARLA qualified (preferred) Skills & Abilities Ability to always keep sensitive information highly confidential A can-do approach, Be well organised and confident.
