Full time – Hybrid, 3 days per week in London About the role We’re looking for an organised, pro-active and self-motivated Buyers Administrator - Accessories to support the meticulous entry and maintenance of product data, from SKU creation to purchase order management, ensuring our systems and website are always accurate. In this role you are the engine room of the buying team, ensuring the administrative foundation of the category is flawless. Reporting into the Buyer, you will own the sample lifecycle, coordinating the flow of products between suppliers, the buying office and the creative studio brand team. You will work closely with the Assistant & Junior Buyer to assist in monitoring the critical path and full buying cycle day to day. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone looking to master the fundamentals of the buying cycle in a fast-paced environment. You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will… Range Building & Product Development • Own the accurate creation of all new SKUs in the system, ensuring weights, materials, and pricing tiers are entered correctly for data entry and PIS maintenance., • Regularly audit the website and internal systems to ensure product descriptions, prices and details align with the current range plan and PIS sheets., • Manage the "concept to archive" sample flow, ensuring every piece is tagged, organised, and available for range reviews or photoshoots., • Communicate with suppliers for day to day enquiries, • Raise all Purchase Orders (POs) for product samples and track their status to ensure timely delivery in line with the critical path., • Maintain records of sample feedback and quality checks to ensure a clear history of product development., • Coordinate with the Marketing and brand teams to provide the correct samples for influencer campaigns and shoots, leading physical and data sheet sample handovers., • Act as the first point of contact for the Customer Service or Logistics teams regarding basic product queries or SKU discrepancies. Reporting, Existing Range Management & Trading • Supporting the team to pull weekly and monthly sales reports from the system, formatting them into clean Excel sheets for the team to review, making suggestions for product opportunities., • Delegating up and down within the team., • Communicating any issues to Assistant and Junior Buyer with a solution focussed approach, • Driving own development, • Building strong relationships and putting in place best practise- within your team and across the business for continuous improvement., • Demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of tasks, • Actively seek to develop Excel skills and jewellery product knowledge under the mentorship of the Assistant and Junior Buyer.
