What you will do: • Deliver a high-quality and responsive social work service, serving as the lead professional in statutory cases, including child protection, care proceedings, and looked-after children., • Manage a diverse caseload, potentially involving multi-agency child protection plans and complex family issues such as domestic violence and substance abuse., • Collaborate with allied health and social care practitioners, coordinating the multi-disciplinary team around the child to ensure comprehensive safeguarding, assessment, planning, implementation, and review., • Focus on achieving the best outcomes for children in need and their families, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care., • Maintain strong communication and accountability, working to understand and meet the needs of service users and residents. To thrive in this role, you will need a relevant social work qualification and Social Work England membership. Experience working across both voluntary and statutory agencies is essential, as is proficiency in APIR (Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Review).
