We provide e-commerce fulfilment, warehousing, inventory management and distribution services to online businesses across the UK. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic E-commerce Fulfilment Operative to join our busy warehouse team. Key Responsibilities • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently., • Receiving deliveries, checking stock and booking goods into the warehouse management system., • Processing returns, stock replenishment and inventory movements., • Preparing shipments for Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and other courier services., • Using Mintsoft WMS and barcode scanning systems., • Conducting stock counts and maintaining inventory accuracy., • Meeting daily order fulfilment targets and courier deadlines., • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse. Requirements • Previous experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfilment preferred., • Mintsoft WMS experience is highly desirable., • Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems., • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills., • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Reliable, punctual and a good team player., • Physically capable of carrying out warehouse duties. Prepare regular marketing reports, performance summaries and commercial recommendations for management. Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Analyse website, social media and digital marketing performance using appropriate analytical tools. Work closely with management to develop data-driven marketing plans aligned with the company's commercial objectives. Monitor emerging market and consumer trends and advise management on potential opportunities and risks. Skills & Experience Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Market Research, Data Analytics or a related field is desirable. Previous experience in marketing analysis, market research or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse data and convert findings into practical business recommendations. Good understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour and market research techniques. Experience with digital marketing and analytical/reporting tools would be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
