Following a period of managerial absence due to illness, occupancy has softened to 27–28 residents, alongside a drop in staff morale. The business is now seeking a practical, people-led, administratively strong Home Manager to reset culture, rebuild confidence, restore occupancy and uphold regulatory excellence.
