As an Account Manager, you will act as a Solutions Architect, providing not just any solution, but the right one, to ensure our customers achieve their commercial objectives. A Typical Day Customer Success: Maintain open communication to provide regular updates and ensure a smooth service journey Solutions Sourcing: Liaise with Operations Teams to source and quote the best freight solutions for new and existing customers Relationship Building: Pro-actively source leads, make contact via phone/video, and build strong relationships to meet customer needs and develop future opportunities Journey Management: Oversee all transport journeys, guiding customers through any complexities or hitches that arise Continuous Learning: Navigate the ever-changing world of logistics, eager to learn and develop your knowledge with support from industry professionals Is This Role for You?
