We're looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Health and Safety Manager to join our Support Services team. While you'll be employed by RMG, your expertise will support the entire commercial area of the wider group, making a real impact across our business. Where will I be working? Hybrid role working 3 days per week out of our Bath office (BA2 2AF) with 2 days at home Interviews Interviews will be held W/C 12 th January 2026 What will you be doing day to day? • Supporting the Head of Health and Safety in managing and reviewing our Health and Safety Management System for RMG and the wider group., • Acting as the first point of contact for all health and safety enquiries from employees, clients, contractors, and visitors., • Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and communicating these to the Health & Safety and Fire Team., • Providing competent advice on health and safety matters and supporting policy writing and reviews., • Conducting audits of contractors and assisting with bespoke health and safety training for employees., • Ensuring accidents and incidents are properly recorded, supporting investigations, and maintaining accurate records., • Supporting internal and external audits and accreditations, and maintaining a library of safety and technical information. What are we looking for? • Experience of managing health and safety for in house maintenance teams, • Experience in Residential or Commercial Property management sector, • Tech IOSH or higher., • NEBOSH Certificate or working towards NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety., • Experience around Asbestos and Fire Safety, • At least 4 years' experience in a similar role., • Excellent attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills.
