The company provides a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel and acrylic treatments, bespoke nail art, and other specialist nail care services. In addition to its established salon operations, the company has recently expanded its activities to include the sale of nail boxes, press-on nails, nail polishes, nail art accessories, and related beauty products through its website. The website also functions as an online booking platform for salon services. This retail expansion represents an important new phase of growth for the business. As the e-commerce platform is currently at an early development stage, there is significant opportunity for structured promotion, brand positioning, and sales growth. About the Role The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for planning, delivering, and monitoring marketing and sales activities that support both the nail salon services and the company’s online retail business. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving service bookings, promoting new and existing products, and strengthening customer engagement across both digital and local channels. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support the company’s growth through structured marketing initiatives and sales-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities • Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote nail salon services, increasing awareness of treatments and encouraging both online and in-salon bookings., • Develop and execute promotional campaigns for the company’s retail products, including nail boxes, press-on nails, nail polishes, nail art accessories, and related items., • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms to maintain consistent brand messaging and encourage customer engagement., • Promote the company’s website as both a service booking platform and an online retail store, improving customer awareness and usage., • Support product launches and promotional activities for newly introduced retail products, including pricing promotions and seasonal campaigns., • Monitor and analyse sales performance, website traffic, and customer engagement data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives., • Prepare regular reports and updates on marketing activities, campaign outcomes, and sales trends for management review., • Respond to customer enquiries regarding services, bookings, and online purchases in a professional and timely manner., • Assist with maintaining accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and promotional information on the company website., • Support customer retention initiatives, including loyalty promotions and repeat booking incentives., • Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and business growth opportunities., • Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with company branding guidelines and maintain a professional business image. Key Requirements • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably within the beauty, retail, or e-commerce sector., • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online sales channels., • Minimum English language proficiency of B2 level, both written and spoken., • Ability to plan and manage marketing activities for both service-based and product-based offerings., • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills., • Commercial awareness with a strong customer-focused approach., • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small business environment., • Confidence in reviewing basic performance data and providing practical recommendations., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
