This role offers the chance to influence service development, support innovation, and help shape the future of Primary Care across Cheltenham Central.We are looking for someone with strong operational, financial, and leadership experience who can balance strategic thinking with practical implementation, ensuring the PCN continues to meet the needs of patients, practices, and partner organisations.Main duties of the jobThe Business Manager will have overall responsibility for supporting the strategic direction, financial management, and day-to-day operations of Cheltenham Central PCN.Working alongside the Clinical Directors and member practices, the postholder will help coordinate network activities, oversee workforce development, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with national and local requirements.
