Interim/FTC Senior Legal Counsel - M&A, Funding, and Investment Are you an experienced legal professional with expertise in M&A, funding, and investment? About the Role: Support key corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, funding rounds, and investment activities. Work closely with senior management and external advisers to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage M&A transactions: due diligence, negotiation, documentation, • Provide legal support for funding rounds and investments, • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements: shareholder, purchase, joint venture, • Advise on corporate governance and compliance, • Collaborate with external legal advisers, • Support asset and fund management activities, • Oversee legal aspects of corporate projects, • Provide strategic advice on corporate finance and investments, • Assist with capital raising and investor relations, • Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures Based in Cheltenham, with occasional visits to our London office. Hybrid working available.
