About the role As a Project Manager, you will own the successful post-sale implementation and delivery of Grip for a portfolio of event-organiser clients. You will translate the sold solution into a clear delivery plan, lead clients through platform setup and readiness, coordinate internal specialists, and ensure each event is delivered on time, within agreed scope, and to a high standard. You will be the central operational lead from project kickoff through event completion and handover. This includes guiding clients on platform configuration and best practices, managing risks and dependencies, maintaining delivery discipline, and ensuring that all teams involved are aligned on what is required for event success. This is a highly client-facing role for someone who combines strong project management discipline with practical experience in event technology, events, hospitality, or another fast-paced client-delivery environment.
