Internal Sales Executive Doncaster Full time, Permanent. £25,000 - £32,000 Monday – Friday Immediate We are looking for an Internal Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for an enthusiastic individual interested in sales and environmental sustainability. As a trainee, you will receive full training and hands-on experience in the sales process within the recycling and waste management sector. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the recycling and waste management market., • Support senior sales staff with prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of potential clients., • Help manage customer accounts and develop long-term relationships with clients., • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce our recycling services., • Attend customer meetings alongside senior sales team members to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions., • Help track and follow up on enquiries and sales leads to ensure high conversion rates., • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and customer documentation., • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, demonstrations, and other materials for potential clients., • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system., • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support sales strategies., • Stay informed about the latest recycling technologies, waste management solutions, and regulatory changes., • Participate in training and development programs to grow your sales skills and understanding of the recycling industry., • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations and services. Key Requirements: • No prior experience in sales required, but interest in recycling and sustainability is highly desirable., • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written., • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work environment., • Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks., • Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, etc.).
